SMARTY

SMARTY is owned by Three itself, so it will be part of the combined Vodafone-Three entity. Its future positioning — whether it continues as a low-cost option, is repositioned, or is eventually discontinued — will be a business decision for the merged company.

iD Mobile

iD Mobile operates on Three's network. It is independently owned by Currys. The wholesale relationship will now be with the combined Vodafone-Three entity. iD Mobile's pricing competitiveness depends on securing good wholesale terms from the new entity.

VOXI

VOXI is Vodafone's own MVNO brand, targeting younger users. It will be part of the combined entity. Its future alongside a merged network that already includes Three's propositions will require brand and commercial decisions.
